Nationally recognized speaker and trainer.  Having trained over 4000 agents for many major national companies.  Developing complete senior marketing programs from agent training to upper management education on senior insurance.

Main platform speaker for motivational and training sessions over the United States.

Currently Mr. Means is the President and CEO emeritus of Means and Associates and serves as  a board member and advisor to Means and Associates Insurance.

Lisa Kelley

Owner and Senior Insurance Specialist

 

Mrs. Kelley is born and raised a Hoosier and has spent the majority of her life on the Westside of Indianapolis.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a minor is Marketing, from Indiana Wesleyan University.  Prior to working in the Senior Insurance industry, Lisa spent 13 years working in the Education and Government sector.  Lisa was appointed by Governor Evan Bayh to serve on the Vincennes University Board of Trustees from 1991-1993.

 Many of my clients have often asked …”why do you specialize in Medicare?”

The reason is simple. Medicare is very confusing with the many rules and benefit guidelines.  It takes skill to understand and explain Medicare.  It takes patience to listen to your concerns and provide real answers. That is why I enjoy selling Medicare insurance.

Today, Lisa is co-owner in Means & Associates Insurance Agency

Means & Associated is a specialized insurance agency for several Senior Insurance Products.  Lisa is certified to represent and sell Medicare health insurance, Individual & Family health insurance, Life insurance, short-term care insurance and other senior insurance products.

Yearly certifications to sell Medicare products

Each year Lisa undergoes mandatory re-certification through AHIP. She is then certified yearly with each insurance company that she is appointed with. After re-certification by each company, Lisa then gets certified by product line to sell Medicare Advantage and Supplemental and Part D policies.

In order to sell Medicare, he has to be in good standing with the Department of Insurance and CMS, provide his own Errors & Emissions insurance, have all licenses and fees up to date, take a yearly refresher courses in Ethics, as well as additional mandatory continuing education courses.

Jeffrey Perry

Jeff has 25 years experience in Insurance; and now helps people with their Medicare Supplemental needs.

He is passionate in helping people receive the product for their need, and helping them gain a better understanding on Insurance products, in order to help them achieve success and happiness.

Jeff has been married to his wife, Gina for 29 years, and they have one son, Payton and one daughter, Meredith.

His hobbies include playing volleyball, pickle ball and playing cards, board games, and being outdoors….especially fishing!
